In this set of movements we take you through the hands and feet
6 - 10 after doing these movements you now have 10 movements
to practice.

If you work at doing the Lee Style Tai Chi each day you
will notice a subtle change in the way you feel. More energy, calmer,
and less stressed yes i said it that horrible word Stress but people who
practice our wonderful arts say they feel less stressed even after a few
days training.
